For those of you not in crazy blog land WIWW stands for What I Wore Wednesday, and it's when super fashionable and beautiful bloggers share their outfits in a blog post, usually on a Wednesday.

So what in the world do I think I am doing??
I'm not sure actually.
While at Influence, some girls asked me if I did these kind if posts. Completely flattered, but what I wore at the conference was hardly what I get to wear on a regular basis running after my 4 littles. My wheels started spinning nonetheless. What if I post what I wear, for the real? Not going to a lunch with girlfriends fashion, but going to chick-fil-a on a play date fashion. I am going to be honest, when I took these pictures I thought I might be making a mistake. First the only place to take pics is this mirror in my room and the lighting is strange {at best}. Second I think I looked more put together in my head. This is not playground chic like I thought it was, more just playground. But in the interest of keeping it real, I decided to go with it.
Here, friends, is what I wore...

Brown and Grey are pretty much my new favorite neutrals.

I am also very into the mixed metals for accessories.

 

So, this sweater has a hood, and I probably should have shown that.

Like I said, I am learning here.

And I am keeping it real, like really really for the real, real.

 

And this is a close up of my hair, pinned here

It's two topsy tails one on top of the other.

Genius!

Especially if you love the look of a messy braid, but you have layered hair so your messy braids end up just looking like a toddler did it.

 

This sweater is alternative apparel {and a gift from my awesome SIL}

The jeans are SO from Khols {because I am too cheap to buy nice jeans for this "body in progress"}

and my shoes are Born from TJMaxx like 4 years ago

 

And this necklace I am wearing I get compliments on

every.single.time.

It is a charm I bought from Michaels and put on a copper chain.

Now, I am not sure if I will keep this going or not. Right now I am just wetting my feet, exploring the things I was inspired to try after my weekend at influence. Let's see where we go!!
